Darryl Khan, LMHC
Hi, I’m Darryl!
Aloha, I’m Darryl!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here in Hawaiʻi, and I’ve been helping people navigate life’s challenges for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of experiences, from anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties to trauma, addiction, and major life transitions.
I know that reaching out for support isn’t always easy. My goal is to create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, exploring your challenges, and discovering new ways to move forward.
My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we’ll work on developing practical tools, building on your strengths, and finding meaningful ways to improve your well-being and relationships.
Over the years, I’ve also worked with individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances involving Child Welfare Services, Family Courts, and the justice system. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the different paths people take in life and the importance of meeting each person with understanding and respect.
I believe that positive change is possible, even when life feels overwhelming. I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you on your journey toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment.
